Overnight Acne Cures

Acne is a common skin condition that stems from a combination of dietary deficiencies or sensitivities, immunity or hormonal changes, genetic factors, and the accumulation of toxins in the body. Acne may be mild (few pimples), moderate (Papules and pustules), or severe (nodules and cysts), and the treatment will depend on the severity of the condition.

It’s stubborn and easily recurring, and may not be cured overnight, but there are a couple of fast acting acne treatments that can diminish the redness and swelling of pimples before you wake up in the morning. They include:

1. Toothpaste
White toothpaste is great for drying out acne. Simply smudge the toothpaste over the lesions and leave overnight. Wash it off in the morning with warm water. The acne will have gone down in size.

2. Ice cubes
Ice cubes reduce the redness and inflammation of the pimples. Take 3-4 cubes of ice and wrap them in a clean cotton towel and rub over the pimples.

3. Baking soda

Baking soda has acidic properties that are effective in eliminating the bacteria that cause acne. Make a thick paste with water, apply to the affected skin and leave it overnight. You will see a considerable difference in the morning.

4. Lemon Juice
Lemon juice is not recommended for people with sensitive skin as it can sting. Swab a slice of lemon over the acne affected areas. Re-apply every couple of hours to fasten the healing process; you’ll see a change quite soon.

5. Aspirin Tablets
Aspirin tablets have anti-inflammatory properties that are useful in bringing down the swelling of the acne. Smash two tablets of aspirin using mortar and pestle and make a paste with water, then leave overnight. In the morning wet your hands with cold water and gently massage the face for two minutes before washing off. The pimples will have dried up and the swelling reduced significantly.

Social Emotional Challenges Related to Gluten Intolerance

A lesser understood, but important impact of gluten intolerance for people is that symptoms can often lead to misunderstandings with friends and family. Such problems extend beyond the normal physical irritation and discomfort of gluten intolerance; they go toward more emotional issues that can far outweigh the overall mild effects of this condition when compared to more serious illnesses.

Affecting around 6% of the world population, gluten intolerance is essentially the inability of the intestinal tract to properly process foods and drinks that contain the protein gluten, which is found in wheat, barley, and rye products. The result of gluten intolerance in most cases is bloating, abdominal discomfort or pain, and diarrhea. While such effects may seem mild, they can also indirectly lead to migraines or other headaches as well as in certain instances create involuntary muscle twitching plus bone and joint pain. In addition, gluten intolerance can have effects on those with attention deficit disorder and schizophrenia as well.

Some characteristics of social emotional challenges are:

1.Low self-esteem—other people’s lack of understanding/or empathy toward what the gluten intolerant person is going through may even lead to his/her alluding to problems or issues that simply do not exist.

2.Coping challenges—The discipline of the time-consuming task of keeping accurate track of all he/she eats when they most likely lead a busy life requires coping skills.

3. Irritability – such aggravating symptoms can lead to a foul mood, anger, and overall displeasure. Besides the discomfort, feelings of fatigue and overall irritability can make the gluten intolerant person more prone to having a shorter temper and inability to focus on tasks at hand, which only exacerbates the problem.

4. Lack of Energy—tiredness and /or lethargy can manifest in a lack of interest in socializing or being with friends or family.

5. Stress & Anxiety—fear of the unknown—having heard or read of some of the more serious illnesses that can be caused by gluten intolerance: muscle twitching, joint pain, arthritis, migraines or other headaches, even Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) or Schizophrenia, it’s easy for the person suffering to worry, not knowing what’s really causing his symptoms. This stress can become more severe if proper diagnosis is not sought, thus affecting the person’s ability to do well on their job.

The key to discovering the gluten intolerance is by seeking medical help in the form of physicians who can run the proper tests and correctly diagnose the problem. Also, keeping an accurate track of what you eat as well as the subsequent symptoms can help effectively narrow down what food groups are causing the discomfort and symptoms. Correct diagnosis can lead to a simple, effective treatment that can reverse the physical symptoms.

Leading The Gluten Free Bible lifestyle will prevent the re-occurrence of the physical symptoms, but more work will be needed to address the social and emotional issues that may be left unresolved if the problem has gone on for years. However, the healing process cannot begin until the gluten intolerance is effectively dealt with by sticking to The Gluten Free Bible life enhancing program.

Life without gluten is now easier than ever. However, addressing the social and emotional ramifications of what the earlier symptoms have wrought may take more time and understanding to fully resolve.

What Causes Gluten Intolerance?

Gluten intolerance has been one of the most prominent non-allergic, non-autoimmune conditions the medical community has taken notice of in the past decade. While not a new condition itself, as gluten intolerance may stretch back many centuries, only now have physicians begun to recognize the symptoms as being distinctly different from celiac disease and wheat allergy of which gluten intolerance has often been confused.

With 6% of the world population suffering from gluten intolerance and with the most common symptoms being bloating, intestinal discomfort or pain, and diarrhea the rise of gluten-free food and drink products are now becoming more prominent in today’s society. Following The Gluten Free Bible can eliminate all the symptoms caused by gluten intolerance and allow the people affected to lead a normal and healthy lifestyle.

The causes of gluten intolerance are not fully understood, but it is generally believed to be a combination of genetics and environmental changes that can affect a person at any time during their lives. In other words, a person can become gluten intolerant late in life even if they had no sign of any problems before. Genetics would involve family history as well, denoting parents or grandparents that may have suffered from gluten intolerance, though direct evidence can be difficult to determine if those particular persons have not been previously diagnosed.

Essentially, gluten intolerance is the inability of the intestines to effectively process the protein gluten, which is found in processed wheat, barley, and rye products that cover a wide range of different foods and drinks. Gluten is mostly found in Western cultures and thus, there may be millions more in other parts of the world who are also gluten intolerant but their diet does not have any gluten present, meaning that they will never run across this condition in their normal lives.

Gluten intolerance was often confused with celiac disease, a similar condition but with a different origin. Also, allergic reactions to wheat were often given as the reason for gluten intolerance even though these types of allergic reactions were only temporary. Gluten intolerance has also been associated by indirectly causing migraines and headaches from the symptoms of bloating and discomfort in the intestinal tract. Also, gluten intolerance has been associated with attention-deficit disorder or ADD, schizophrenia, the involuntary twitching of muscle groups, and even pain in the bones and joints.

For all the problems associated with gluten intolerance and the apparent causes, the treatment is generally the same. Following The Gluten Free Bible program will eliminate all gluten from the diet and not expose the intestines to the protein that causes so much discomfort. By eating and drinking gluten free products, people of all ages and physical conditions can enjoy a normal, healthy lifestyle.

Today, it is far easier to enjoy a gluten free diet program given the sheer number of gluten free products on the market today.  A little research combined with carefully looking over the ingredients can keep a person gluten free for the rest of their lives.
